Welcome to Access.

Struggling with memory, focus, or communication?
Whether it's trouble staying organized, finding words, or concerns about ADHD or autism, you're not alone and support is available.
At Access, our neuropsychologists help identify what’s working well, what’s not, and how to move forward. We focus on your strengths to help you manage challenges effectively.
If early signs of dementia are a concern, early detection makes a difference. We’ll guide you and your family through what to expect and how to stay independent and engaged. If it is a developmental concern, we can outline treatment options to maximize your potential.
Our Services at a Glance
Comprehensive Neuropsychological Evaluations
Access neuropsychologists use comprehensive testing and personality assessments to understand how you think, feel, and function - creating a personalized treatment plan based on your unique needs.
Older Adult Evaluations
(70 years and older)
Neuropsychological evaluations identify the causes of cognitive issues often linked to medical or psychiatric conditions, and guide effective treatment. We assess mood and distress in shorter sessions to reduce fatigue.
Developmental Evaluations
Undiagnosed ADHD or Autism can cause ongoing challenges and stress. Through cognitive, social, and personality testing, Access helps you understand how you think and experience the world - providing clarity, guiding goals, and identifying supports to help you thrive at school, work, and beyond.

Benefits of working
with ANNW
Knowledge is key
You'll learn how your brain works, what you're good at and where you may struggle. We'll show you how to use your strengths to support any weaker areas.
Clarifying Diagnosis
Before age 65, cognitive issues are often linked to factors like stress, mood, or sleep - not neurodegeneration. Access provides holistic evaluations to help uncover and address the root causes.
Treatment
Early intervention in neurodegeneration is crucial. Access provides treatment plans, guidance, and support to help you stay independent and prepare for the future.
