We’re committed to providing thoughtful, whole-person evaluations while keeping costs fair and transparent. Here’s a breakdown of what’s offered, and how you can manage payment and potential reimbursement.
Types of Evaluations & Fees
Comprehensive Neuropsychological
Full cognitive, behavioral, personality, and attention assessments + detailed treatment recommendations
$3,500
Developmental Evaluation
Testing for ADHD, learning differences, autism, and other developmental conditions + accommodations plan
$3,500
Older Adult Evaluation
Shorter sessions to reduce fatigue + tailored insights into memory, mood, and treatment options
$2,000
Non-Clinical Evaluations
For legal, occupational, or capacity-related needs; priced hourly with estimates available
$400/hour
Follow-Up Appointments & Additional Documentation
While most clients find that the standard three-session evaluation process provides the clarity they need, you may choose to schedule a follow-up appointment after the results discussion. If so, please note:

Clinical services beyond the evaluation are billed at $350/hour, in 30-minute increments.

Additional documentation requested for non-clinical purposes—such as FMLA, disability claims, or educational/vocational accommodations—after the final report has been completed is billed at $350/hour, in 15-minute increments.
Important Note: Many agencies or employers requesting documentation for medical leave or disability benefits will only accept forms completed by a treating provider who can comment on treatment duration or prognosis.
Access Neuropsychology performs evaluations, not treatment. If your documentation requires input from a treating provider, we’ll provide you that information.
